Bike: 35 miles/week or 150 miles
Run: 10 miles/week or 43 miles

1. Finish 1 ten mile race
2. Finish 1 metric century on the bike (62 miles) organized or on my own

Tier 2 goals: Optimistic expectations
Swim: 4250 m/week or 18,214 m total
Bike: 75 miles/week or 321 miles
Run: 17 miles/week or 72 miles
Crunches: 700/week or 3000 total
Events:
1. Finish 2 metric centuries on the bike (62 miles) organized or on my own
2. Finish 2 hill training sessions on my bike
3. Finish 2 hill running training sessions

Tier 3 goals: Lofty pie-in-the-sky hopes
Swim: 5500 m/week or 23,571 m total
Bike: 85 miles/week or 364 miles
Run: 20 miles/week or 85 miles
Crunches: 900/week or 3857 total
Events:
1. Finish 3 metric centuries on the bike (62 miles) organized or on my own
2. Finish 4 hill training sessions on my bike

4. PR in the ten miler (under 1:53:01)
