The consequence?

Flatman sent this to me. He thinks my Incentive Plan is not a great idea, and this will be the result. Heh. I think that 5AM alarm is more likely to kill me first!

Anyway, it's not the last Big Mac you eat that kills you, it's the preceding 300 Big Macs. . . .

My alarm goes off at 5am four to five mornings a week. I go to the Y and have to be home by 7a to see Superspouse off to work. But the motivation is not the Y or the workout...it's the Panera bagel & coffee I pick up at 6:45 on my way home!!! I usually go for whole grain, but this month's Mocha Chip is doing it for me, too!! Of course, this probably has alot to do with the 20lbs I can't seem to shed. Oh well.

oh, and Nancinator

FOR THE RECORD.

i only eat 4 squares of the 1/2 pounder after every swim workout... unless a TT is involved, then it's 6 squares.

oh, and if the workout ended with sobbing in the shallow end, then it is 8 squares.

have i mentioned i hate swimming?

Big mac lost a lot of money after I start training and lay off on the fat (fast) stuff.

Sobbing in the shallow end. Have you been secretly watching me swim???

Oh Nancy, I'm with Bolder. Chocolate baby (dark), at least it has anti-oxidants!

So, since I got up at 5:15 this morning and hit the pool before a conference, how many squares do I get???

Nancy Toby said...

I think for a 5:15 arrival you should get the whole 1/2 pound.

Well, I can't say much. I slipped a month or so back and had a sausage and egg biscuit... hashbrowns... coffee w/cream and sugar please. And at the time I called myself a vegetarian! :P

Does it really matter how far we travel if we eat well along the way? Cheers to you, and good job on the swim-so now what happens if you double the output for Feb? I'll buy the first round :)

Just how many times do I have to say that dark chocolate doesn't count? :)

We all gotta have our treats once in a while, for some of us that's the bike leg. ;)

Tri-mama: Do you mean I have to swim TWICE as much in February!? Damn, that's a short month.... whew! But I am supposed to be emphasizing it now....
