I finished Eagleman half Ironman!

It was a long, hot day, but I finished my first half Ironman triathlon! 70.3 miles in one day, whew! Only because they didn't enforce the cutoffs, because I had a freakishly long swim and finished after the swim cutoff, and also finished the course far behind the overall cutoff of 8 hours. But I followed my own advice to "Just keep going, no matter what. Don't stop until they make you" and that got me to the finish line eventually and I got my beautiful Eagleman medal!

Results are already posted HERE.

After I recover a bit I'll work on the race report, but until then, thanks everyone for checking in on me! I appreciate it very, very much!!
