I'm all about brutal honesty here, so I just wanted to share something. You see those days on the right sidebar under "Actual this week" where it just says "Core"?
That really translates to "Blew off my real workouts today so I threw in 200 or 300 crunches before going to bed so I wouldn't feel like a complete lazy-ass slacker".
Just so you know.
Don't tell me you don't have those days.

I can definitely relate to feeling that way though...laid a big goose egg on any workouts today....not good!
200 or 300 crunches? I would just eat some ice cream instead and go out in style.
Anyway, explain this "core" thing to me...
Believe me, I did the wine and ice cream too!!
But I do keep up with the crunches (200 or so every other day) because after a few months of it I think it's helping reduce the back pain that I feel in aero position on the bike. I hope, at least. And it's something I can do quickly without too much effort or special equipment.
My motto is something is better than nothing. :)

I don't do core as much. But i will soon. My core needs to be upgraded.
