Eaglet hatched!
Check back on the Eaglecam that I mentioned a few days ago and you might get a live glimpse of the ugly-ass eagle baby that was just born! If not, there are links to some past photos for your viewing pleasure. Happy birthday, baby bald eagle! Hopefully the sister/brother will hatch out soon too.

Awww- how can you call a baby "ugly-ass"? Sometimes baby-anythings are so ugly they end up being cute! :-)
Baby birds are seriously ugly!!! I love birds, have 2, but the babies - yuck. Once they start to get feathers it's not so bad.
I'm loving the eagle cam!
I've been visiting it since you posted it the other day.
But I'm wondering if that second egg is going to hatch? It should have done so by now.
