Two out of three ain't bad

Perry Bartlett, a professor at the University of Queensland's Brain Institute is recommending such activities as running, crosswords and sex to fend off dementia. I like the thought of that combination, but I need to work on completing the entire triathlon.

Wow which two...?

I took care of both of my parents, father with copd and mother with alzheimer's, until they died. Not to put holes in the theory...but my mother was a very active person, well read and yes even when she had lost some of her memory she and my father didn't forget to do that....
