Man, that is quite the list and a very good reminder of some things that could easily be forgotten with all of the anxiety and what not of race day.

Not being prepared is a secret fear of mine (in addition to forgetting how to swim). I wake up screaming sometimes after a nightmare of running to T1 and my bike not being there! Don't forget your bike!!!!

I have twin four year olds, a two year old, a husband that is god for days at a time, started my own private practice for speech therapy and just now have gotten into triathlons. I am loving it and enjoying the challenges. Go Maryland Moms!
