For the whole school year Catherine and I have been able to play and shop and play some more while Elisabeth has been in school in the afternoons. Only one more month of these sweet times together! These are all from today's beautiful sunny time at the playground.

OMG, she is getting so tall. How cool! Special times between a great daughter/mom combo.
What beautiful kids you have!
I have a triathlon question - what kind of wetsuit works best for you? I'm still pretty close to 200 pounds and am not sure how much to spend ... LL Bean and REI make ones that come in large sizes but they seem to be meant for paddling... any suggestions?
they grow so very fast! she'll remember these times when she's older and feel special because she got you all to herself. most second (or third or fourth or...) kids don't often get that time with their moms.
you're pretty lucky!
I love the second POSE! (Is this a PowerPuff girl pose?) And the pink flowering tree with her pink outfit...so pretty!
Thanks!
Re wetsuits - I have a DeSoto Black Pearl 2-piece that is quite comfortable, except for the fact it rolls up around my ample waist. I haven't tried many others, though, so I can't really compare. More manufacturers are making them for curvy women these days, though.
The 2nd photo I just caught her that way when she was climbing out of that play structure thing!
What a wonderful mother/daughter day
She is a cutie. Sounds like some great memories have been formed.
Beautiful pictures - looks like someone is quite comfortable in front of the camera!
Pretty pictures! She's a doll.
you spoil me with pictures of green green grass and blossoming trees.
you know its a furnance here.
106 today. It April 30th!!!!
beautiful daughter. Great mom/kid shot you have! I need to get married and have a child
Great pictures. I love bringing the camera to the park, nothing brings out the happy in kids like a playground with mom (or dad).
I particularly like the one of her by the jungle gym, or whatever it's called, these days. It's the Catherine version of "Taaa daaaa!"
So cute!!! Yes, indeed, kids do grow up fast. My step-daughter just graduated from college last weekend and being already married, I'm guessing I'll probably be a grandmother by the time I'm 50 -- YIPES!
Beautiful! That's a wonderful picture of you, too. You're both so lucky to have had these times together. And Elisabeth has been fortunate to have the time in school without you, to develop more self-reliance. Everyone comes out a winner here.
