My half marathon series

OK, I'm entered in four half marathon within a span of seven weeks:

B&A Trail Half Marathon: 04 March 07
National Half Marathon: 24 March 07
Ocean City Half Marathon: 07 April 07
Bridge to Bridge Half: 21 April 07

I just need to line up one more race within 3 weeks of that time, or do one more Personal Nancy Toby Half Marathon to make it official. If I do my own run, I'll have to document it fully with my Garmin and post it here to make it a "real half marathon".

Five half marathons within ten weeks as part of my fiftieth year celebrations. Should be fun!!! (Yeah, my idea of fun has shifted in recent years, too).

The Caesar Rodney Half Marathon is a nice race in Wilmington, DE on March 11th.

It's an inexpensive race with good post-race food. It's a tough course with a lot of hills but by some miracle I had a PR race there last year.

Still, three races in one month would be hard!

Thanks for the tip, Helen! I didn't remember that one, I'll think about it! It's over a 2-hour drive for me, but it's possible!!

Wow, I'll get tired just READING about all your races. That's a really ambitious stretch of time. Good luck, I'm sure you'll do well.

You bring new meaning to the word 'committment'. Your committment to your 50 year celebration plan is very inspiring.

That's awesome. What a great way to celebrate such a big milestone year!

That is one impressive race schedule. You not only run big, but you know how to celebrate big as well!

dang, woman, you are putting me to shame! I have a half this weekend and then nothing until May. I'll be watching to see how those times improve and improve and improve along the way!

Hey, I haven't run any of them yet! Signing up is easy. Running is hard.
