On the road in Ohio

We got to spend a lovely day with Ellie and her family in western Maryland - THANKS ELLIE! I enjoyed a wonderful open water swim with her this morning and then we hit the road. Good times!

This cost us a couple of hours, and yes, I was driving and it was totally my fault. Sigh. RV duallie tires just don't react the same way to curbs as car tires.

Thanks for stopping by, folks, I'll update more later when I have more energy!

Gak! What happened there?

OMG, that is a mangled tire! This is exactly why I'd never attempt to drive that bad boy.

I got our feed (golf) cart stuck in the burn pile once. Don't ask.

You get points for driving the beast. You didn't take out a fire hydrant did you?

It was so much fun having you here.

Nice job on the tire. It's the wide turning radius. You think you're clear of the curb but.... S-C-R-A-P-E...Doesn't have to be an RV duallie... I run over curbs all the time in our 250 diesel truck. Luckily I haven't mangled a tire although my husband swears it'll happen next time.

I miss you. You would tell me something funny about selling my boy goats.

I hope you are having a great time with your family!
