Holly is making me sign up for the Richmond, Virginia Muddy Buddy with her. Indeed, she's twisting my arm by lining up a mountain bike for us!
It's going to be FUN! Plus since I'll be 51 by race day in July, we can enter the OLDEST age group, even though Holly is a very young age grouper.

Sounds like a blast! Have a ball! (A muddy ball, that is!)
The muddy part is what makes it so much fun! The obstacles are super easy. It's over before you know it! Sign the girls up for the kid race.
I'm not really very young at 37 but it will still be FUN! LOL....and who's idea was this in the first place Nancy?
Deny all you want but I know the truth!
Ha! You'll thank me when you're doing the commando crawl through the mud up to your eyeballs.
Glad to be of service....
I can't wait to see photos!
Ok, you guys are going to meet me for a pre-race meal, right?
I thought about having you over after, and decided no, that between the free beer and all that mud it would be to much of a mess!
Oh, that looks like so much fun! We have Muddy Buddy here in Austin too, but I've not ventured into muddy territory just yet. Have a blast (of mud)!
wow, good luck! you guys are nuts...in a good way!
Nancy, I want to do this race! I see there is one in Chicago, but with my schedule I don't think I can make it. Dang it. Do you have any idea what the name/artist is of the second song on the video? I can't wait to see the race pics.
from a tri wannabe mom of 3. You are an inspiration I hope to complete a sprint one someday soon.
