I have landed on my head three times and had it not been for my helmet I would have suffered some serious injury. It boggles my mind to see people out on the roads without one.
YIKES! I always wear mine, but any doubters should see that article as a definite reason to "lid"-up.

Holy crap! I don't see many cyclists around here without helmets. However, big fat guys on motorcycles is another story...
That makes me want to buy a new helmet - I'm not sure mine would have done so well.

Hey - I think I've got the same kind of helmet as him. But all the same, I'll be doing my best to avoid testing the theory.
