Not too many calories by itself, but I have an alarming tendency to combine it with a gargantuan portion of ice cream.
Now THAT is worth running a 5-miler for.
Hmm, maybe I should combine it with champagne instead to save calories. . . .

My Mom had a bottle (once filled) like this that she kept FOREVER. I've never tasted what comes in it, but man, oh, man, that bottle takes me back!
Try this combo - equal portions Chambord, Baileys, Frangelica, and cream... it's to die for! I'm sure the three liquors in combination over vanilla ice cream would be quite tasty, too.
Yeah baby!!! Chambord rocks. I love it with Champagne. And you've got to try adding half a shot to a Cosmopolitan - out of this world.
