The first thing that jumps out at me is that amazing negative split on the bike by over 30 minutes...that's awesome!

Your bike and swim times are awesome but you left out an important number--wind mph. With the flag whipping and the palm trees bending it looked like an extremely tough day to be racing. I am proud of your effort and grateful to you for allowing us to tag along. Looking forward to your next attempt!!

My heart goes out to you - way to give you it your all and make the smart decision for your well being. You are all iron, in my opinion.

Great job, but it's about much more than numbers. You were up against some tough conditions and you did what you had to do! Awesome, I look forward to reading your report.

You've already done more than I could ever think of doing!

Nancy, I am so proud of you! I've said it before and I'll say it again, you are an amazing woman!

It's hard to make a choice like that, but you've raced enough to know when you're just punishing your body. You did an amazing job!

Thank you for sharing your journey with us. I look forward to seeing what you do with the rest of this year and next!
