Busy weekend

Grandpa visited this weekend, so we had too many big restaurant meals, but I also got in a couple of swims and a run. (But now I'm getting some annoying plantar fascitis symptoms and it may snow tomorrow, bleah, so it may be a rest day).

The girls got some wonderful early holiday present from Grandpa: a new fixie bicycle (to share, for now) and two hot new Giro helmets. (There's a red one and a purple one and they both want to wear the purple one, story of my life).

Catherine decided it needed a few tune-up adjustments.


Then we went over to Grandpa's hotel room on the harbor a couple blocks away from our home and let the girls play in his Jacuzzi. We all wish we had one at home!
