Third time this year. I can tell I'm just not living right.
I just bought a neti pot yesterday to see if it will help with my pool nose symptoms. Of course I tried it out a couple of times after I got it home yesterday.
I didn't think it was supposed to cause bronchitis.
In other news, we've had an unseasonable cold snap for the past several days. I brought the bike inside and put it on the trainer and even got a couple hours of riding in. Over two days. It just seems like so much more work than a normal 2-hour ride down the road!!

Actually, the neti pot might prevent future episodes of bronchitis.
I used to constantly get bronchial coughs from the snot (I have spring and fall allergies, not to mention cat allergies) that lasted for months. I'm not sure how they did not turn into actual bronchitis, but they didn't (that or I was too dense to realize it had)
I have not had one of those bronchial coughs since I've been using the neti-pot regularly.
I'm still freaked out about getting back in the pool because the chlorine annoys my sinuses, and I'm still not certain if this sinus infection is completely resolved.
I ordered two different sets of nose clips and will try to get to the pool on Monday to see if I tolerate them or not.
I don't EVER want another sinus infection, this has been truly awful.
Oh no! Seems like you've already had your fair share of that bug. Sorry to hear it's back.
Hi there Nancy I hope you feel better. Perhaps I might see you at the Run for Hospice!
NOT AGAIN!???!
I agree with the windtrainer comment. Last night I got off after 30mins and rode in the wind and rain cause it was just too much!
Hope the nose thing gets better. I get slight issues too, so will be interesting to see what works!
