Coming up

I'm still working on my 2010 race calendar. Probably it will emphasize running events of a half marathon and less, cycling time trials, and some sprint triathlons. But it's all up in the air, except this one:

Yeah, I'm looking forward to shorter workouts and races this year.

And thanks for the tip on the National Marathon. I've actually run MCM twice and was going to count the other one as my DC marathon but we all know that MCM does not really start or end in DC.
