Better than my routine, at least. Then again, it's always difficult to show off your abdominals when they're covered with a thick layer of insulating blubber.
Your timing on this is excellent -- I just noticing earlier this week that some core work was going to have to be added to the menu to help improve my (sad, sad) swim.
Nice, thank you. I will add, however, that 2/3 of these moves are traditional pilates exercises, and other 1/3 modifications of same. There are some very good pilates DVDs out there!
