B & A Trail Half Marathon

PR! Happy Blogversary to me!!! Wow, I just noticed I went over 40,000 hits recently! Thank you readers, you all rock!

2:36:30 watch time today for 13.1 miles - my first half marathon (out of about 23) under a 12:00 min/mile pace. Yay! ~3:24 faster than I ran this race last year. Average heart rate 164 bpm.
