I finished!
Swim: 00:50:05 went great!!! (Out of water by my watch at 49:05)
T1 (by watch): 10:22 - very long run over sand.
Bike: 03:43:53 includes 2 stops and a rear wheel inner tube change. Up until mile 43 I was doing great at a 16.1 mph average over hills even though my rear derailleur was totally on the blink!
T2 (by watch): 3:43
Run: 03:01:38 (very hot at start, kind of lost motivation!)
Total: 07:48:10

ReplyDeleteAwesome job, but I totally have to say, "No. Way. Total irony." Here's why.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like Felt S25's were averse to the 40 mile mark, this weekend. I also flatted my rear tire, at just over the 40 mile point in my ride Saturday. It couldn't have been too long after I fixed mine that you flatted.
Great job on the finish. I was watching the Kona race, and Norman Stadler was way less prepared than you.
Nice jo, Nance! YOU ROCK!!!!!
ReplyDeletejo = job. give me a break, it's monday.
ReplyDeleteHey Nancy, sorry I didn't get to see you Sat. I saw two yellow Felts racked in the Athena/Clydesdale row, one with yellow tires, one without, but never saw the owner of either one while I was in transition. Was either of them you?
ReplyDeleteGood job on your finish.
Tri Cheers. Three Cheers for Steelhead.
ReplyDeleteYeah Nancy! Congrats on another great job.
ReplyDeleteNancy, I a proud of you. Atta, girl.
