Breaststroke world record

Leisel Jones of Australia broke her own world record in the 100-meter breaststroke at the Commonwealth Games, finishing in 1 minute, 05.09 seconds on Monday.

Just imagine. She could swim about 16 seconds per length in our 25m pool. A length which usually takes me 35 - 45 seconds swimming freestyle. That's right, I take three times as long to swim the distance as the elites do. Fortunately when I run it only takes me twice as long to do the distance as the elites.

Hey blister queen, I took my swim workout chart to Kinkos and laminated it. I printed the workouts front and back and used the heavy duty lamination. Costs like three bucks and it has lasted two years. Might be better than a bag. Just a thought.

That lady is unbelievable. 100 y breast stroke in 1:05!!!! I can't even freestyle 100 y in 1:05. She's some kind of freak of nature :)

But Benny, I have different workouts every week! That's a lot of laminating! I like the ziplock method myself. :-)
